TATA MOTORS nano

well the TATA nano is all set to put the Indian auto market on fire......

as the nano is going to be launched........what is your opinion about the world's cheapest car???

do u think it will be useful for Indian people or will it create more problems in India.....

well according to me Nano is a perfect car for the middle class people who travel with their full family on a
scooter or bike......for them its really good.......

moreover it shows the master of Indian craftsmenship......

It looks so cute also....

Well it has its advantages regarding to what you mentioned but also disadvantages like the mammoth increase in traffic jams. As it is now it's pathetic. Afterwards we'll have to search for a better word than pathetic to describe the traffic conditions. Even people in small towns might be able to afford this car.

even now the traffic condition is pathetic......but government is not doing anything.......

until and unless the situation becomes out of control....the government wont do anything.......

infact the nano would force the govt. to take some initiative which would be good

sure when people with loads of money like mr. tata start lobbying definitely something would be done about the traffic problem

almost same kind of thing had happened earlier.......

in Delhi some 10-25 years age...there was so much of pollution that people could'nt even
stand on the bus stop for more than 10 mins......they used to get tears in their eyes......

when the situation became out of control the govt. finally took steps to reduce pollution
and because of that only we see delhi now pollution free....

same might happen in this case also

Nano is the best in cities but when it comes to long distance travels, it basically sux.
The govt. should set the minimum no. of ppl who can travel in 4 wheelers. That shud fix the problem.

if you go in some rural place then you will come to know that people use cycles for long distnace travel, so wats wrong with nano and specially for poor people.

I have not heard any villager doing interstate travels with a cycle.
The long distance travels im talking about is not the distance between your school and house
Im talkin about really long. Travels on national highways.
Nano has neither the max speed nor the tank capacity to do them.
Even the mileage is offers is not very impressive.

There is a reason we have buses,trains and aeroplanes...
